ITM is seeking experienced, success minded full-time individuals.

We have openings for:

• Inbound/Outbound experts
• Appointment setters
• Customer service representatives
• Lead generation specialists
• Data collection professionals

Skill set you will have/learn:

• Proficiency in basic computer and keyboarding skills
• The ability to navigate multiple browser tabs simultaneously
• Excellent telephone communication skills
• Integrity, vision, and passion
• Make and receive inbound and outbound calls
• Follow up on leads or return customer service calls
• Generation of interest/leads for corporate products/services
• Establishing ongoing rapport with existing/potential customers
• Listen and respond accordingly to resolve customer inquiries

Work Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday, but dependent on program needs. Weekends and holidays are possible.
This is not a work from home position.
Pay is weekly and direct deposit. Base pay starts at $15.00.
