Programs On-Demand with IntelliView

In the spring of 2006, with several new accounts added to an already robust client list, IntelliTarget created an on line, real-time reporting software called IntelliView. It is a value-added, free-of-charge service for IntelliTarget clients. Going through beta-testing in the summer and fall of 2006, it met with rave reviews by Trade Publication circulation managers, the industry on which it was originally tested. Now an SOP at IntelliTarget, Penton Media Circulation VP, Jerry Okabe observes: "While my experience with the professionals at IntelliTarget has been entirely positive, we have been especially benefited by their IntelliView program that provides us with all project data live, in real time. “ A circulation manager from another firm states, “It’s fantastic. I’ve never seen anything like this before in the industry.”

The idea was created when ITM President, Larry Farrell, asked Lance Hall, Network Coordinator and Administrator, to create a mechanism that showed a client’s program status in real-time for a scheduled conference. The request spurred Hall to create a software program that would allow each client to logon securely through a browser and view their project statistics in real time.

In essence, he built a Web application that replicated the dialer database in real-time, and could be segmented out for each client’s program(s), secured through firewalls and password protection. Hall extended the process to meet the needs of other outbound clients in lead generation, political fundraising efforts, as well as inbound clients and automated voice messaging programs. “Once I started working on the concept, I found it was the most innovative application I’ve built to date, because the functionality aligns exactly with the need.”

According to Jennifer Bosley, ITM Corporate Sales Director, the IntelliView solution gives clients “real-time access to all of the pertinent data they need to make decisions on managing their projects…with everything available in one place—and on demand.” IntelliTarget departments are constantly looking for ways to develop other leading-edge technologies and processes to better serve their clients. Others applications are scheduled to follow during the first half of 2008.
