The IntelliTarget Political Department continues to evolve and keep pace with the changing issues, events and campaigns that shape our political call center services.  The department is a full-service political marketing agency working with Republican Committees, political action committees and national, state and local officials and candidates. 

Donor Cultivation, Acquisition and Retention
Outbound services are the initial outreach to begin the relationship-building, acquisition and retention of donors for our political clients.  IntelliTarget wants to ensure your political marketing efforts are effective.  We utilize a stringent hiring and screening process to select only those candidates who have the right skill-sets to make your marketing efforts successfully.  These are “stand-alone marketing associates” who have the experience to work with political calls only. 

Inbound donor service is another important process in securing and retaining your relationships—old and new.  IntelliTarget marketing associates welcome your donors’ calls and make sure that donors are aware of their importance in the political process.  The average age of our experienced marketing associates is 32 years, and they are typically the major contributors to their household incomes.  They have the life experiences to understand the importance of relationship-building and contributing to the vision of those who are dedicated to public service. 

We provide assistance with fundraising events and activist activities to further motivate your constituency to a call of action.  Our services for these events include marketing, direct mail and fulfillment. 

In addition, marketing associate bonuses are not based on sales—they are based strictly on the overall quality of their calls. 

Reporting
Activity reports are available in real-time through our online reporting tool, IntelliView.  Authorized users can check on the status of any project with a user name and password to securely access information.  Customized reports can also be provided in virtually any common file type requested.  

IntelliTarget digitally records 100% of all calls placed or received.  These recordings are archived for as long as requested, and available for Quality Assurance and Marketing Associate training as well.   

Get Out the Vote
It all comes down to the vote.  IntelliTarget understands how critical timing and the promotion of the effort are.  Whether you choose automated voice messaging and/or live agent messages to constituents, we execute and deliver ‘Get Out the Vote’ messages exactly according to schedule.
