With IntelliView, our online reporting tool, clients can view results of their programs, quickly displaying the information that is important to your business in real-time: subscription renewals, qualified leads, sales, and any other statistic that is important to your business, by accessing a secure Web page with your user name and password. 

Basic call statistics can be delivered at any time of day via e-mail or available for download on a secure FTP site.  IntelliTarget’s dialer reports will assist you in determining call volumes, sales volumes, cross-sells, up-sells and provide you with reports built to your specifications.

Customized reports can also be provided and produced in virtually any common file type via any reporting software requested.  

Web Integration Capabilities
All marketing associates are trained to multi-task using various applications while assisting customers.  For example, an associate can go directly to a client’s Web site from their computer to enter pertinent information, or go to their desktop application to quickly send a note to a supervisor for assistance if needed.  If notes or appointment times need to be documented during the conversation the associate can utilize the client’s CRM tool to quickly document pertinent facts about the call or navigate to a landing page to schedule an appointment.  And, at the end of the call, the associate can quickly use their desktop application to check the queue, or check on their personal performance or that of their workgroup.
