Campaign management is handled strategically by targeting groups and times based on goals, database and list management, and automatic transition of agents from campaign to campaign.  The dialing system has a patented predictive algorithm that increases dialing drill-down with its stage-based predicting.  This staging algorithm is so innovative it has a U.S. Patent.

Features for managing marketing associates include CIC’s skills-based routing, call control, call announce feature, and same-associate callbacks.  Policy can also be set and controlled for individual contacts right before or after dialing, using business logic to decide whether to place a call, provide a dedicated agent for availability, and allow for setting of call attributes for wrap-time or supervisor contact.
