Our support strategies include exploring the lead and sales life-cycle for your company and industry, outlining mutually agreed-upon goals, and reporting requirements.  If your sales force uses a CRM tool with appointment scheduling software, IntelliTarget will work with you to establish a secure ftp site to view and schedule opportunities for your sales force appointments in real-time.

Customized Reporting
IntelliView online reporting allows you to see the results of your lead generation campaign in real-time.  Additionally, we will provide you with any reports required, customized to your company’s standards, at the time intervals you request, via e-mail or secure ftp site for downloads, in any commonly reporting format requested by you.  If your company utilizes a CRM scheduling tool, IntelliTarget will discuss with you the opportunity of scheduling appointments in real-time to avoid scheduling issues.

Training
All marketing associates are chosen through a two-phase hiring process.  Phase I begins with a personality profile assessment for those candidates with the best aptitude for lead generation, and then tested on administrative and computer skills. 

In Phase II, if the candidate passes the first level in the hiring process, candidates complete a comprehensive data-entry and script-reading test, followed by a test to navigate and retrieve information from our knowledge databases.  After evaluation, they undergo a second interview with supervisors and the HR Director, and receive an offer of employment if all requirements for the lead generation positions are met.    

In addition to the hiring requirements, associates receive in-depth training on telephone etiquette skills, and trained on techniques to reach the decision makers, and minimize time spent with “gatekeepers” and voicemail, using our Interaction Scripter.  IntelliTarget scriptwriters will work with you to develop the right script to qualify interest level, and ask open-ended, probing and close-ended questions to qualify each contact as a verified lead, based on client definition. 

Quality Assurance
100% of all calls placed by IntelliTarget are digitally recorded.  In addition, marketing associates have a feature on their desk-top application with the ability to “click once” to send a quick message to their supervisor for assistance.  Supervisors will listen-in and provide “whisper coaching” that assists the associate in providing the right information or soft-skill techniques for optimizing associate performance.
 

Supervisors also record, score, and track calls in real-time to determine excellence, coach associates, and screen them for non-compliance.  Additionally, supervisors leverage the screen recorder module to capture the screen activity of all marketing associate handling calls for your campaign, and utilize associate scoring questionnaires to simplify the quality assessment process.  Real-time performance statistics are available to marketing associates at all times to drill into performance statistics for their shift or workgroup to see how their performance compares to other marketing associates in those groups. 

Clients are encouraged to monitor their campaigns at any time through our remote monitoring tool, to listen to responses and view screen data processing. 

Appointment Verification and Reminders
IntelliTarget independently verifies each lead with your prospect, after the initial appointment has been set.  Additionally, marketing associates will call with live-reminder notices the day prior to the appointment, skillfully re-scheduling if necessary, and we will notify you immediately of any exception conditions. 

List Procurement
