IntelliTarget Marketing Inc., (ITM
Marketing), was started in 1996 in
downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. The call
center featured 24 stations and was
dedicated solely to outbound campaigns.
The first clients were nationally known
newspapers, such as the Indianapolis
Star and News and the Detroit Free
Press. ITM sold newspaper subscriptions
to their clients.
By 1997, ITM started marketing to
business trade publications. Since the
majority of work was in consumer
calling, ITM president and owner, Larry
Farrell, wanted to break into the
business-to-business market to expand
the call center’s niches in the wake of
evolving FCC legislation.
In 2000, ITM Marketing moved its company
headquarters from Indianapolis to
Coshocton, Ohio. This move was motivated
by the incentives provided by the State
of Ohio in job creation and economic tax
impact for the small community located
in central Ohio. The move provided great
dividends in labor and community
relationships.
In 2001, ITM purchased new customer
contact center technology from
Interactive Intelligence. This was a
bold move on behalf of ITM’s future:
utilizing a young, innovative company
that provided a single-platform call
center technology. Since ITM’s purchase,
Interactive Intelligence has become an
industry leader in customer contact
center platforms. The new center
provided ITM with inbound and outbound
capabilities and Web integration.
In 2003, the company began providing
customer service fulfillment services to
clients. This included order entry and
customer service compliant resolution.
ITM also broke into the government arena
marketing for state and federal
contracts in Washington, DC. During the
next three years, ITM become a call
center industry leader for the trade
publication business, managing over 50
clients in the publishing industry.
This year, ITM upgraded its customer
contact center to the latest 2.4
version. This gives the company
cutting-edge technology in many areas.

Today, ITM has established a solid
reputation as a company dedicated to
providing clients with innovation and
execution. The company provides
outbound, inbound, IVR, voice cast and
web-chat services to a variety of
industries dedicated to expanding the
channels in which their customers prefer
to communicate, and improving their
total call center experience.
