7-10 days after a mailing arrives in the home. Many read the letter and will be, as a result,
better educated and more prepared to make a giving decision when a friendly,
persuasive phone call arrived from ITM. A live voice mail was left as well as caller ID naming
was used as well as an 800 number inbound line was used to talk to the donors when they wanted.
