Hiring
IntelliTarget has a two-fold interview process.  During the initial interview, potential candidates for marketing associate positions take the following tests for screening purposes:

  • Complete Application

  • Personality Profile Assessment

  • Spelling Test

  • Typing Test

  • Computer Skills Assessment

  • Brief Interview with HR Manager

  • Background Check

  • Reference Check

Once these initial steps have been completed and evaluated, viable candidates return for a more comprehensive interview process:

  • Complete a Comprehensive Data Entry Test

  • Script Reading Test

  • Knowledge-database Navigation Test

  • Evaluation of Performance

  • Interview with Shift Supervisors and HR Director

  • Offer of Employment (Upon all Requirements Fulfilled)

Basic Training
Upon employment, each new marketing associate receives training on all facets of the desktop applications for the communication channel assigned to them.  They are then are given a comprehensive overview of the product or service they will be servicing. 

Empathy Culture Training
There is a saying in customer service: Customers don’t care what you know, until they know that you care.  IntelliTarget believes this is the core of marketing effectively for your company.

Our marketing associates are introduced to, and trained in the following soft-skills: 

  • Empathy Training—to be sensitive to the feelings and experiences of others

  • Listening Skills—concentration and note-taking

  • Questioning Skills: the ability to ask open-ended, close-ended and probing questions to get to the center of customer needs

  • 3-step Complaint Call Training:

    • Empathy for the Situation

    • Call Responsibility—Acknowledgement of the issue

    • Dedication to Problem Resolution
